Politico and the spiraling sensationalism
Throw Ro Khanna under the bus for his association with Platner? Only after we throw him under the bus for his association with Hakeem Jeffries!
Now that Ro Khanna is on the 2028 presidential short list, Politico took the opportunity to drag him through the Platner mud,
Khanna, arguably more than any other national Democrat, provided political cover for the Maine Senate candidate before calling for him to drop out.
And like any narcissist, they’re inclined to toot their own horn in the process
That alliance was severed Monday, after POLITICO reported on allegations that Platner sexually assaulted Jenny Racicot, a woman he once dated.
So we’re supposed to judge Ro Khanna for this endorsement on the basis of something he didn’t know about that he has since retracted? That’s the narrative?
Khanna’s other endorsement
Ro Khanna goal is explicitly to make Hakeem Jeffries — AIPAC Shakur — speaker of The House. Jeffries is a recipient of AIPAC funds, and an ardent defender of Israel.
Again, isn’t it bizarre how Politico just leaves that out. Khanna endorsed someone that is for unconditioned military aid to Israel when they’re in the midst of a genocide. They’ve killed over 50,000 women and children in the past few years, and this is something Khanna knew about when he endorsed Jeffries.
But we’re supposed to find his endorsement of an alleged sex pest as the irreconcilable difference? Again, Platner has to go, but this is a foot note when you’ve endorsed Israel’s purchase of the opposition party in the House.
